If you've ever been to Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe in Chapel Hill, you're in for a great treat. The lovely Vimala herself will serve out pre-portioned vegan and chicken meals. If you're lucky, she may even bring some of her infamous brownies which inspired our Malabar Hills oatmeal stout.
