Brawny

Pacific Northwest-style IPA

Bitter

We brewed this IPA as a N.C. tribute -- our love letter, if you will -- to the Pacific Northwest. Thanks to the addition of 160 pounds of Fraser Fir tips from Smith Family Farms (Banner Elk, NC), Brawny is a woodsy, piney, "rollback" IPA.
