Farm's Edge: Hardy Orange came about thanks to the foraging efforts of a Durham friend, who supplied local trifoliate oranges (yes! citrus grows here in central NC!). We supplemented this ornamental, bitter orange with Florida kumquats and brewed a saison with new, slightly tart and wild yeast -- Sigmund's Voss Kveik, three words that are not valid in a game of Scrabble.
