A tart, hazy farmhouse ale brewed with sorghum grown by Peter Fleming of Triple Creek Farms in Yadkin County. Sorghum grounds the beer in North Carolina, while a unique strain of yeast -- Sigmund's Voss Kveik -- lends a refreshing twang. A new hop for us, Ariana, suggests notes of peach and pear. The beer is fruity, earthy, tart and thirst-quenching.
