Fearrington Summer
Session India Tea Ale
Collabs Bitter
All non-herbal tea comes from one plant species: Camellia Sinensis, a shrub that grows in sub-tropical climates -- a region that includes the lowcountry of coastal South Carolina.
And that's exactly where we source our local tea leaves for this beer: from the good folks at Charleston Tea Plantation.
We combine locally grown "Governor Grey" (and Earl Grey varietal), lemon peel, and complementary hops like El Dorado and Simcoe to produce the flavors and aromas of an IPA...but with a toned down ABV perfect for the South's hotter months.
Refreshing, sessionable, and distinctly Southern!
