Fruited Sour

Tart / Funk

Modeled after a chocolate cherry cordial, we brew this kettle sour with Videri cocoa nibs, tart cherries, açaí fruit, blueberries, and blackberries. Fruity aroma gives way to a refreshing tartness, followed by a soft, lingering cocoa finish. A sequel to one of our most successful UV kettle sour offerings from 2020 (UV-5).
