Maibock

Maibock

Crisp

A crisp, hoppy, higher ABV lager traditionally brewed for spring, serving as a bridge beer between the Lenten dopplebock and the later summer festbiers.

We brew ours with local and domestic grains (71% local), all kilned and malted in the German tradition.

Robust, smooth, and malty -- but with a crisp, floral hop bite that refreshes in warm weather.
