Even better, the beer is a collaboration with our new friends and kindred spirits Steam Machine Brewing Co in our sister city of Durham, U.K.
Steam Machine is currently brewing their own Gose with a NE UK taste of place, featuring local County Durham spelt, wild moorland bilberries, foraged hedgerow hogweed, and a smattering of Whitby sea salt.
How cool is it that we're working with a Durham U.K. "steam" brewery who also has a heart for local ingredients?
