This winter saison is a complex, fruit- and spice-driven entry into our rotating Pierre Delecto series. Winey notes of pear, golden raisins, fragrant orange, and overripe peach balance with a blend of spices that lend light smoky/peppery undertone and a light play of spicy complexity.
Brewed with local grains, domestic Bergamont orange, fennel, brown sugar, and cardamom.
