Ploughshare

Double Dry-Hopped Saison

Fruspy (fruit, spice, yeast)

A collaboration with Carrboro's Dingo Dog Brewing, a nonprofit farm brewery with a mission to fund non-kill animal rescue organizations throughout North Carolina.

Ploughshare is two beers in one: a hazy IPA in appearance and aroma, with loads of New Zealand-driven tropical and pineapple-y hops -- but with a dry and spicy finish of a traditional Saison.

Loads of local malted grains punch up Ploughshare to a robust 8% ABV.

Try this beer if you enjoy hazy IPAs, but you're ready to expand beyond its traditional pillowsweet flavor profile.
