Fruspy (fruit, spice, yeast)
Dry, bright, and slightly tart — all the characteristics of a crisp lager, but fermented with Brettanomyces yeast. Local triticale and tropical hops lend a complex body to this effervescent, refreshing lager. Available at our tavern only -- in 500ml bottle --because it's that special.
