Our rotating seasonal saison, Pierre Delecto, returns -- this time as a breezy, lightly spiced Grisette. Lemondrop hops add fresh citrus notes, complemented by coriander and locally foraged flowering spicebush.
We gathered the spicebush scion and flowers by the Eno River in Hillsborough...one of our favorite places to be in the spring.
